Beautiful setting, friendly staff, big rooms and beds, delicious buffet breakfast

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Cannot fault the room we had, very clean and spacious. The staff were extremely helpful. The pool area was a great bonus for the children. The grounds were lovely for a walk. Good linen, good water pressure, and plenty of parking. Reasonable selection for breakfast. The hotel's location is gorgeous - close to the main bar area and the bistro was crowded with Golfers using the course. The bars were shut with a log or some kind of heating on. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use any of the facilities because everything was fully booked.

I really enjoyed this pet-friendly hotel and stayed for 2 nights here. Hot buffet breakfast for two poached eggs and all the food was amazing.

Everything was good, so were exceptional views over the garden. I got double room for 3 nights, enjoyed it. The restaurant here was small with sea food.

We stayed at this place and it was located on a very nice area with spectacular views. The room amenities had everything we needed including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The service room was excellent and the staff were very helpful and attentive, especially the friendly staff member at the reception desk. The leisure spa & wellness centre was great, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, jacuzzi, massage. The garden area was perfect for relaxing and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. We also enjoyed the dining restaurant, featuring special diet menus and a helpful staff member.

This place is definitely recommended to everyone for its luxurious and comfortable amenities, quality services, and excellent facilities.

The room was tastefully decorated and warm, with a personal safe, a kettle and central heating. The hot buffet breakfast was amazing with lots of food.

Everything was great, its pleasant on-site restaurant was a bonus. Totally excellent stay during the present time.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in West Yorkshire for a weekend getaway. The hotel had a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the grounds were absolutely stunning. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a big and comfy bed. I especially loved the thoughtful touch of having the remote control and tea/coffee items wrapped in sanitised packaging. The hotel also provided takeaway cups in the room, which was a convenient feature. The highlight of my stay was definitely the health club, where I enjoyed the Jacuzzi and steam room. It was the perfect way to relax after a long drive.

Came here for 2 days, the hotel was lovely, it had perfect location short walk to the avenue and shopping outlets and hill. We got excellent services and a reasonably priced, brand-new room with a view. We liked our stay in this place.

The hotel's location was stunning, with beautiful scenery and convenient parking on site. The room was clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms. The service at reception was friendly and attentive, and they even followed our room position request. The leisure facilities, including the pool and jacuzzi, were a great bonus and free to use. The breakfast had a good selection and the staff were friendly. The bar and restaurant areas were welcoming and provided a nice atmosphere for evening meals.

Some of the staff at check-in were difficult and the bar area was not properly cleaned, with tables not wiped down and crumbs left behind.

The place was pleasant, clean, had ideal location and facilities.

The hotel itself is impressive, we appreciated staff and rooms. It is nestled in a pretty nice area so close to Restaurant as well as hill. The pool area is good too.
